Introduction of Cartridge Filter Housing​ 

JiNeng offers a wide range of cleanable all-metal powder filter cartridges for optimum filtration in critical applications. Our filter cartridges perform in liquid and gas applications under the harshest conditions of temperature, pressures and corrosion.

Sinter metal filter cartridge (XKP-IS) is manufactured by metal powder without adding adhesive. Formed under isostatic cool pressing and sintered with high temperature vacuum. The size and distribution of the pores can be controlled by the metal powder.

• Sealing Systems Available for 226 or 222 O-ring Cartridges or DOE cartridges

• Swing bolts open both at top and bottom to assure the sanitary grade requirement

• Rotated arm to assure the easy operation for cleaning and filter cartridge replacement.

A: Kindly please let us know the specifications, such as the material, length, micron, adapter, apply in which industry.
Q2. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and
the quantity of your order. and if the item was non standard, we have to consider extra 10-15days for tooling / mould made.
Q3. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q4. How about tooling Charge?
A: Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders would not charge again even tooling repair or under maintance.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
