Y-Strainer Application Information

Structure and working principle

Bag filter is a kind of pressure type filter, filter cylinder, cylinder lid, and main quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag to strengthen network main parts, such as the filtrate by filter shell side inlet tube into the filter bag, filter bag itself is a device in strengthening a basket with netting on top, liquid penetrant fineness required for grades of filter bag that can obtain qualified filtrate impurity particles blocked by the filter bag.
The machine is very convenient to change the filter bag, filtering basically no material consumption.
Bag filter has many advantages such as reasonable structure, good sealing, strong circulation ability and easy operation.
In particular, the side leakage rate of the filter bag is small, which can correctly guarantee the filtration accuracy, and quickly change the filter bag, so that the operation cost is reduced.

 

The installation
 
During installation, please follow the following steps: 1. Place the bag filter on the station to be filtered, and fix it after connecting the inlet and outlet flange or pipe teeth;
2. Put the metal inner net gently into the bag filter, so that the collar of the inner net is consistent with the mouth of the bag filter. 3. Place the filter bag, so that the ring of the filter bag is consistent with the collar of the metal inner net

Then observe whether there is any leakage

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q4. How about tooling Charge?
A: Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders would not charge again even tooling repair or under maintance.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
