This product is design for specially High flow rate, High dirt holding capacity and also Design with High Temperature capacity.
The wire mesh is design is Plain Type, Plated Type with single, Double and Multy layer.. And this cartridge is also available with SS Sintered Fiber layer.

Perforated Plate Pipe Filters Features and Benefits:
1) Uniform structure, narrow pore size distribution and high separation efficiency.
2) High porosity, low filtration resistance and high permeation efficiency.
3) High temperature, generally about 280 degrees in normal use.
4) Chemical stability, acid corrosion, with antioxidant properties.
5) No particles off, do not make the liquid form a secondary pollution, in line with food hygiene and pharmaceutical GHP
requirements.
6) Mechanical properties, and can be filter press filter, simple operation.
7) Low pressure, small footprint, large flow.
8) Strong anti-microbial capacity, does not work with micro-organisms.

10) Can be online regeneration, easy to clean, long life (usually several times the membrane filter).
Suitable For City Water And Well Water
Including a extra 200μm filter element for free. 40μm filter will capture most particulates, it's best suited for use on Municipal (tap) or City water. If using it on Well, Lake feedwater, you can replace it with the 200μm filter element. Otherwise it may require more frequent flushing to remove the build-up of particulates due to the fine filter mesh used.

A: Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders would not charge again even tooling repair or under maintance.
