Description
A80G high gloss aluminum milling cutter series adopt domestic high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material, flexural strength: 4100mpa, grain size: 0.6 μm, not easy to break the edge. A new special aluminum milling cutter with color coating is introduced, which increases the wear resistance of the cutter. The unique groove design and the polishing treatment of the front cutting edge and groove are adopted to increase the cutting performance. It is especially suitable for efficient and high gloss machining of aluminum alloy (6 and 7 series aluminum) materials. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all A80G series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
