Brief Introduction about Flotation Machine

Flotation machine is mainly used for separating copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals, and it can also be used for ferrous metals and non-metallic rough and refined. Our company mainly produces three kinds of flotation machine as follows:

Types of Flotation Machine

The most common types include:

1. Mechanical Flotation Cells

Uses an impeller to agitate the slurry and disperse air.

Common in large-scale mining operations.

2. Column Flotation Cells

Tall, vertical design with no moving parts.

Provides better froth stability and higher selectivity.

3. Pneumatic Flotation Machines

Air is injected externally, reducing energy consumption.

Used in fine-particle separation.

Application of Flotation Machine

1. Sulfide Ore Separation– Extracts copper, lead, zinc, nickel, and gold from sulfide ores.
2. Oxide Ore Processing – Recovers minerals like hematite, cassiterite, and wolframite.
3. Non-Metallic Mineral Beneficiation – Separates fluorite, phosphate, graphite, and potash.
4. Precious Metal Recovery– Enriches gold and silver from complex ores.
5. Iron Ore Purification– Removes silica and alumina to upgrade iron concentrate.
6. Rare Earth Extraction– Processes bastnaesite and monazite for rare earth elements.
