Hammer Mill Crusher Working Principle

The main part of hammer crusher is rotor. Rotor consists of main shaft, disc, pin roll and hammer. Motor drives rotor to rotate at a high speed. Materials are fed into crusher and crushed by the rotor. There is a screen deck at the bottom of rotor, the products that reach the target may discharged through screen deck, and the coarse particles may stay on the deck for crushing until reach the target.

Hammer Crusher is used to crush brittle materials, like gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material does not surpass 100Mpa; the surface water no more than 15%.
