Introduction:
Rotary Drum Granulator machine is a critical machine in granulation production process. Its quality decides directly the efficiency and quality of end product. Pellets produced via granulator machine are a little more dense, and more sepherical than other agglomeration methods. It is applicable to big scale granulation production of high, medium and low consistency.
Application:
We offer various configurations to suit your granulation processing needs, our rotary drum granulator is widely used in organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, ceramsite sand, fly ash, cement industry, etc.

(1) The granulating ratio of the machine is up to 70%. The small part of feeding back material can be granulated again.
(2) The cylinder body adopts rubber plate lining structure which makes it difficult for raw material to agglomerate.
(3) It can remove scars and peel burls automatically.
(4) It has the advantages of high intensity of granules, high quality, corrosion-resistant, abrasion proof, low energy consumption, long service lifespan, easy maintenance and operation, etc.

The customer is a French company who has 4NPK Fertilizer Plants in Brazil. The technical team from customer’s company hasvisited most of the equipment supplier in China in April, 2016. After detailedtechnical meeting with ZK’s technical team, the customer choose ZK to be hislong term partner and to fabricate the Rotary Granulator in accordance withtheir detailed fabrication drawing.
