Introduction:
Double roller granulator is a machine for producing powder or small particle material with the special shape by rolling cyclinder extruding action. The granulator has the features of even outputting particle size, high rate of finished products, high production capacity, compact structure, reasonable layout, small area needed and high automatic control.
Working Principle:
The double roller granulator is composed by fixed rolling device, movable rolling device, compact and adjusting device, frame, driving device and etc. The working principle is motor drive fixed roller by gear reducer, at the same time the fixed roller drive touch move rooler by fricition drive on roller face, materials enter into granulator by feeding chute, pressed by double roller, and compression moulding when through fixed roller model sag hole, the molding materials are discharged from outlet after cut by scraper.
