Shaping machine-------Secondary granulator is a secondary granulation equipment for rounding, screening, deburring and chipping of the raw material balls produced by the roller granulator.

1. The whole process of mixing is carried out in a fully enclosed drum, and the inside of the drum is in a state of slight negative pressure, no dust pollution, clean and environmentally friendly;
2. The inclined structure design adopts an optimized inclination angle, so that the mixture can generate a specific up and down inclined flow field.
3. The inclined structure design can achieve satisfactory stirring effect no matter the amount of material;
4. The drum adopts low-speed design, the inner wall wear-resistant lining plate, the equipment wears less and the service life is long;
5. The rotor stirring blade is treated with special surface and has high wear resistance. At the same time, the replacement of rotor blades is simple and convenient.
We will load different size packages according to different machine sizes, the normal package is wooden case. If exported to European countries, the wooden frame is fumigated. If the container is too tight, we will use PE film according to customer's special requirements.
We carry out tailor-made sales according to the actual needs of customers. The plan is designed by a senior engineer, and the production starts after receiving the customer's deposit. No matter the size of the equipment, we can deliver it within two weeks, and the balance will be delivered after delivery.
