Work instruction:
The drum is installed at a characteristic angle, and a high-speed stirring rotor is installed at its eccentric position. When the drum rotates clockwise at low speed, the material is continuously fed into the motion track of the stirring blade rotating counterclockwise at high speed. With the help of the rotation of the drum and the action of the scraper, a characteristic three-dimensional space flow field conducive to mixing is formed, so that the material can be fully turned and mixed in a very short time. High efficiency and optimum uniformity can be achieved.
