This freezer includes five PVC-coated shelves for storage that adjust for flexibility. With LED lights, the interior is bright so customers can see product through the glass door. Since the glass is triple paned, cold air is kept in the cabinet, and polyurethane insulation traps cold air.
Mounted in the bottom of the display freezer, the condenser is accessible because its slide-out design provides convenience for servicing and cleaning. The temperature in this freezer merchandiser can be set between -18 to -22 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit has a solid-state thermostat and digital temperature display.

We have been making the upright glass door freezers since year 2010. We are well aware of that most of the problems on the glass door freezers are caused by the defrosting issue. We have well solved the defrosting issues from following aspects:

1. Ensure the freezer body is flat & smooth and glass door gasket is strong, so no leakage on the glass door. And all the holes on the freezer body are completely sealed.

2. Use the right power defrosting heater.

3. Install the defrosting water collection tray & water draining pipe with heating wires.

4. Evaporator fan motors are delayed to work after the defrosting ends.
