Water bottling machine description:
This is stable running water filling machine, which is special designed for new set up water plant. With low investment, customer can get their idea machine to achieve automatic production of bottle water. Machine operation is simple, speed control, function operation and all adjustments are set on the control panel, so operators can finish machine running easily, they only need to stand infront of this water filling machine, and check machine running situation.
Water filling machine production speed is adjustable by frequency converter, so customers can adjust the production capacity accoridng to their demands, 0-3000 bottles per hour production speed can be adjusted on control panel,which is good for suitable for production and staff arrangement.
Water bottling project line:
1. Water filtration: RO water purification machine / UF mineral water filtration machine.
2. Bottle making: Full automatic bottle blow machine or Semi automatic bottle blow machine.
3. Bottle water filling: Bottle washing filling and capping machine.

| 2 | Air conveyor | This is used to transfter empty bottles between bottle making machine(or bottle sorting machine, manual feeding table) to filling machine, empty bottles will be transferred by air, which can reduce second touch. |
| 3 | Automatic cap feeding system | It transfer caps into cap tunnels, and caps will be arranged in lines to get into cappinng station. |
