This machine is a small bottle water filling machine which integrates rinsing, filling and sealing. Compared with the split-type equipment, the three-in-one unit better improves the integrity of automation, compact structure reduces the equipment footprint, and shorten the contact time between materials and the outside world. Bottle clinches, filling valves and swivel caps are customized to the bottle.

This machine is a full-automatic liquid quantitative filling machine, using the measuring cup quantitative filling method, the quantitative accuracy is high.
2. The machine adopts rolling soft support mechanism, the bottle is gentle, the guide rail is less worn, the bottle is not in place, will not be broken or damage the filling head.
3. A new generation of stainless steel inverted bottle holder is adopted, so that the clamp does not contact with the part above the screw thread of the bottle mouth, and is equipped with sprinkler head. Make the inner wall of the bottle wash well without dead Angle.
4. It adopts the design of the working state of the suspension operation by the card bottleneck, so as to keep the bottle stable and reliable under the high speed operation. Meanwhile, it greatly reduces the number of change parts, making it more convenient and quick to change the bottle type
