Operational Process
Bottle Rinsing: Bottles enter the system and are inverted 180° for thorough internal cleaning using sterile water distribution through 8 dedicated pipelines.
Bottle Filling: High-precision quantitative filling valves ensure accurate liquid levels without product loss. Bottom support bottle-feeding method prevents secondary contamination of bottle mouths.
Capping: Advanced magnetic cap-tightener structure with adjustable torque accommodates various plastic caps. Tooth profile device and bottom slide checking ensure proper cap orientation and placement.
