Process Details
Bottle Rinsing: 180° semi-circle rotation with spring structure ensures complete internal cleaning. Water is pumped through each nozzle for thorough washing.
Bottle Filling: Neck-holding filling method with precise centralizing cover ensures accurate bottle-to-valve alignment and minimal liquid loss.
Capping System: Electromagnetic capping heads with burden discharge function. Features include no bottle/no capping logic, automatic stop when bottle supply is low, and stable performance with defective rate ≤0.2%.
Cap Loading: Automated cap transport via blowing system. Adjustable height, distance, and sterilization timing parameters.
Applications
Suitable for soda water, soft drinks, carbonated beverages, energy drinks, and various beverage types. Compatible with glass bottles, PET bottles, and stainless steel containers in round, square, rectangular, or irregular shapes.
