Operation Principle

The automated packaging process begins with bottles reaching the bottle stop plate via the feeding mechanism. Photoelectric detection signals trigger the bottle feeder to stop, releasing stress from bottle feeding extrusion. The dividing plate separates packaging bottles from waiting bottles, while the push mechanism moves bottles along with film to the sealing and cutting position. Simultaneously, previously coated bottles are pushed into the thermal shrinkage conveyor. The pressure film cylinder descends to press the film, followed by the hot seal cutter rising to complete sealing and cutting. Bottles then move through high-temperature conveyor belts for thermal shrinkage, followed by cooling with cold air to complete the packaging cycle. All processes are PLC-controlled with compressed air cylinder operation.
