The DMK-2000 series automatic bottle blowing machine is a two-step industrial equipment system featuring a 2-cavity mold configuration capable of producing 2 empty bottles simultaneously. This machine is engineered for manufacturing various plastic containers and beverage bottles using PET as raw material.

Applications include carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water and pure water bottles, juice containers, oil bottles, and cosmetic packaging.

This system automatically delivers preforms to the blowing machine working position sequentially. Operators simply press a button, and preforms are transported via automatic elevator to the cap loading section, where they are arranged in production line formation.

Heating lamps are permanently fixed within the heating tunnel, featuring multiple rows for precise temperature control across various preform heights. Each heating lamp's temperature is independently adjustable, allowing operators to fine-tune settings according to specific production requirements.

After production completion, empty bottles are automatically grasped by clamps, eliminating manual handling. Operators can collect bottles using baskets or bags, or optionally connect to air conveyor systems for automated transfer to filling machines, significantly reducing labor costs.
