Four-Stage Production Process
Water Inlet: Cold water enters pre-carbonation tank for initial CO2 mixing and oxygen removal.
Syrup Feeding: Frozen syrup enters syrup tank with automatic level control.
Carbonation Pump Inlet: Pre-carbonated water and syrup proportionally mix via control valves.
Outlet Section: Mixed beverage passes through static mixer to storage tank under pressure for complete CO2 dissolution.
