1. The transmission system of the whole machine is under the frame table, which adopts a main engine to drag and gear transmission to complete the power transmission of the whole machine. With high transmission efficiency, small noise, long life, easy maintenance, full lubrication and other characteristics. The frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main engine.

2. The transmission gear adopts the cross arrangement of steel gear and nylon gear.

3. The frame is equipped with centralized lubricating oil injection point, which is very convenient for operation and maintenance, and it is not necessary to drill into the frame for operation.

1.  Bottle rinsing valve is good sealing, and it has long service life. The rinsing nozzle is is made of high quality material, which has large rinsing strength and high rinsing accuracy.

2. Simply turn the lifting screw of the punch spindle, and replace the dial of the corresponding bottle diameter, rinsing part can be used for  bottle with different diameter and heigh.

3. In the middle of the bottle washing part, cylindrical pipe water distribution valve is used for water distribution. At the same time, the disc made of polytetrafluoroethylene is connected to each rinsing valve to ensure the water flow is stable and smooth in the process of high-speed rotary washing.
