The RCGF8-8-3 juice bottling machine is an automated production system featuring three integrated workstations: bottle rinsing, hot juice filling, and screw capping. For customers requiring fruit pulp integration, an additional pulp filling station can be incorporated to meet specific production requirements.

Bottle Rinsing: Stainless steel clamps secure bottle necks while bottles rotate 180° for thorough internal purification water spraying. Additional washing steps including hot alkaline water and sterilizing water rinsing available upon request.

Hot Filling: High-temperature filling capability (85-92℃) with liquid reflux system to manage steam effects. Suitable for tea, fruit pulp-containing juice, flavored milk, functional beverages, and drinking water.

Screw Capping: Integrated capping system with magnetic torque control prevents bottle or cap damage during sealing process.
