Hot Fill Technology Advantage
Our hot filling technology operates at 85-92℃, maintaining liquid temperatures above 80℃ after filling. The integrated bottle laying down sterilizer gradually transitions bottles from upright to horizontal position during conveyor transport, allowing the high-temperature liquid to contact and sterilize the cap interior. This innovative design eliminates the need for separate cap sterilization processes, significantly reducing production costs.
