Operation Process Details
Bottle Rinsing: Bottles enter through transmission star wheel, are clamped and rotated 180° upward. Sterile water is sprayed from rinsing nozzles to clean inner bottle walls via an 8-pipeline water distribution system.
Bottle Filling: Utilizes high-precision quantitative filling valves with bottom support method to prevent contamination. Operates on equal pressure principle for stable liquid level control.
Capping: Advanced magnetic cap-tightener structure with adjustable torque for various plastic caps. Features cap selection device and inspection system to ensure proper cap placement.
