Upon entry, bottles undergo pre-spray treatment to evenly heat both interior and exterior surfaces. The process continues with high-pressure internal/external spraying, sewage drainage, immersion cycles, and repeated drainage. This comprehensive treatment effectively removes labels and contaminants through 3-4 complete circulation cycles.

Features intermittent drum rotation where bottles in horizontal position receive high-speed internal brushing. As the drum rotates, sprinklers spray clean water into bottles, followed by automatic water valve-controlled exhaust nozzles for final drainage before bottle discharge.

Comprising nose, tail, side plates, flat-top sprocket, chain, railing, tensioning mechanism, and machine foot. Powered by motor-driven flat-top chain system with adjustable conveying speed of 10 meters/minute (customizable). Rail width and height are adjustable to accommodate various bottle specifications.
