Where To Use
The INS082B is fitted where poly tape or wire must be carried clear of a timber post, typical of horse and cattle fencing that uses wide tape. The long offset reduces contact with the post and helps keep the line clear of grass and weeds.
Installation Tips
Screw the galvanized shaft into the post until the offset arm sits at a consistent height, then run the tape or wire through the head. Keep the conductor loose in the head so it can slide, and re-tension the fence after fitting. Check the thread for damage if the insulator is removed and refitted.
