Application Instructions

Add AKD surface sizing agent continuously to the surface sizing starch with a metering pump. For optimal performance, mix with 5-25% stock solution.

Dosage Guidelines

Surface sizing roller: 1-5kg per ton of paper for coating
Add according to the amount in the turnover tank
Pulp addition: Directly add to thick pulp in mixing box or pressure screen inlet (thin pulp)
