Description:

HT series ceramic plates are made of AL203 or SIC materials with high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance and good wear resistance. After adding some inorganic binders and pore-forming agents, hydraulic gradient dry pressing is used for precision processing, and then the aluminum oxide membrane with micron pore size is sprayed. After secondary sintering at a high temperature of 1500~1800℃, it becomes a porous ceramic plate with a double-sided filter layer and a pressure resistance of up to 8BARD.
