- Surface Treatment: Options include hard chromium plating, Teflok, ceramic spray, or tungsten carbide with fine grinding and polishing to achieve Ra0.01 surface roughness (smoothness level 14).
- Processing Accuracy: Temperature variation ≤±1℃, thermal deformation ≤0.01mm, with straightness, runout, and coaxiality ≤0.005mm.
