The WS 85 Modular Polyurethane Screen 600×600mm features open-cast polyurethane cured at high temperatures to strengthen molecular links, resulting in superior durability. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, it performs exceptionally well in harsh environments like concentrate dehydration and carbon slurry separation. Its precise seams (0.2mm to 0.8mm) ensure accurate grading of various particle sizes. The low friction surface prevents sticking, reducing clogging, while its elasticity enables high throughput and efficient dewatering—critical for tailings dry discharge.
