Product Features

Balanced Full-body Heat Spread: New adjusted induction technology controls roller heating discrepancy within ±1℃, suitable for laser anti-counterfeiting multi-temperature film processing.

High-stability Closed-loop Temp Lock: Feedback-type precision detectors hold temperature variation ≤0.1℃, wrapped ceramic shielding and water cooling coil enable uninterrupted working at max 600℃.

Comprehensive Risk Removal: Oil-free electromagnetic heating erases pressurized deformation, sudden burst and oil spill hazards inherent in conventional thermal oil circulation rollers.

Clean Equipment Running State: Discard all oil circulation assemblies and steam delivery pipelines, eliminate liquid leakage, processing waste and harmful gas exhaust from production source.

Marked Power Cut Performance: Lower running electricity by 50 to 70 percent over standard heating rollers, overall heating efficiency doubles for improved production yield.
