- Temperature uniformity performance: By adopting mature electromagnetic induction heating solution, surface temperature variation is controlled within ±1°C regardless of roller overall dimension. It can meet process requirements under low‑temperature, medium‑temperature and high‑temperature working scenarios.
- Temperature control precision: Utilizing high‑precision sensing elements, cooperating with ceramic insulation structure and water‑cooled coil assembly, the system realizes 0.1℃ control accuracy, with allowable maximum stable operating temperature of 600°C.
- Safety performance: Pure electromagnetic heating principle avoids potential safety risks brought by thermal oil circulation system, including component deformation caused by internal pressure, explosion possibility and circulating‑medium leakage.
- Environmental protection attribute: The product does not rely on heat transfer oil or steam as heat medium; there exists no risk of medium leakage, on‑site contamination and hazardous substance emission.
