Applications
Filtration
Used as filtration layer for dykes, river canals, seacoasts, concrete slopes, and retaining walls. Prevents clay particles from passing while allowing water and gas to flow freely.
Separation
Isolates railway dregs from roadbeds, roadbeds from soft bases, and different dam materials. Separates soil and gravel of different particle sizes from foundations.
Reinforcement
Distributes earth stress in highways, railways, soil-stone dams, breakwaters, airports, and retaining walls. Prevents lateral displacement and improves earth body stability.
Protection
Prevents bank erosion, protects banks and bottoms, and prevents water and soil from being washed away.
Installation Guidelines
Overlapping Requirements
Standard overlap length: 10 cm indoors, 20 cm outdoors (with reinforcing measures)
Ground Preparation
For optimal permeability, ventilation, and surface strength, prepare ground with 10 cm coarse sand layer beneath weed mat. For soils with poor water permeability, add 10-15 cm gravel or cobble layer beneath coarse sand layer.
