Product Description
Geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs) are high-performance needle-punched environmental reinforced composites that combine two durable geotextile outer layers with a uniform core of natural sodium bentonite clay to form a hydraulic barrier.
When hydrated under a confining load, the bentonite swells to form a low-permeability clay layer with the equivalent hydraulic protection of several feet of compacted clay.

- Environmentally Friendly: Made from natural materials with minimal aging and corrosion. Maintains quality without causing pollution or harm to humans or the environment.
- Permanent Waterproofing: Superior performance with permeability below a*10-11/sec (a=1~9) at 3mm thickness, equivalent to 100 times the density of 30mm thick clay.
- Easy Installation: Requires only bentonite powder, nails, and washers for connection. Can be installed in various weather conditions with the shortest construction period among waterproof materials.
- Self-Restoring Capacity: Can automatically restore cracks up to 2mm and completely repair perforations up to 30mm diameter within 15 days.
Installation Guidelines
- Subgrades must be tamped before paving, with a smooth surface free of obvious hollow spaces
- Surface should be dry before installation
- Minimum angle of land surface exposed to sun should be more than 30cm
- Construction should begin only after foundation inspection
