Product Description

When the corrugated board production line is running, the corrugator belt directly contacts the hot plate, causing the surface temperature to rise 40% above the original temperature. To enhance temperature and wear resistance, the belt edge is woven with a special high-temperature fiber: Aramid fiber. This reinforcement significantly improves wear and abrasion resistance while maintaining overall belt performance.

Cleaning & Maintenance Guidelines

For optimal performance, thoroughly clean the corrugator belt monthly:

Run machine at slow speed during cleaning
Moisten belt completely using water or low-pressure steam spray
Apply detergent and gently remove dirt/paste with soft brush
Rinse belt thoroughly with clean water
Place shallow U-shaped iron plate or groove beneath belt to drain cleaning water and prevent panel corrosion
When needed, use steam to dry belt at slow speed
