Pick-up Felt for Paper Making Machine, Industrial Felt Fabric

A papermaking felt, also called paper machine felt, mainly used on the paper machine to transfer and press extra water out from the wet paper sheet.

All of these base materials can be changed to different construction and sizes to satisfy the requirement of different paper machines.

Single-layer Felt is made of single-layer base mesh and fiber layer. The base mesh layer is made of nylon yarn or warp and weft weave by doubling monofilament.

Double-layer Felt is a double warp structure BOM. According to paper machines and paper, we can design and change the structure of the base mesh.

Laminated Felt include 1+1,1=2,2+1,1+1+1 BOM.

The felts are applicable to 200kN/m even more, have the characters of good flexibility.
