Our Felt Spacer Sleeve is made of 100 % Nomex fiber through the acupuncture process, it could be resistant to 280 degrees high temperature. Before putting the aluminum profile into the Aging Oven, it should cover with the felt sleeve, and then put them between two layers of aluminum profile, that not only could protect the profile from scratches, but also to maintain good air circulation. Our Felt Spacer Sleeve with high temperature,wear-resistant, incision smooth, uniform thickness, non-fuzz, no line of exposure, no explosion edge, pollution-free aluminum profile.
