High-Temperature Nomex Calender Endless Felt Belt
Our seamless 12mm thickness Nomex felt belts are engineered for roller transfer machines in textile manufacturing. Manufactured from imported high-temperature aramid fiber with intermediate endless base cloths of polyester dry fabrics and Kevlar fabrics, these belts withstand working temperatures up to 280°C while maintaining dimensional stability.

Installation & Operation Guidelines
- Install following arrow direction and verify perimeter alignment
- Set initial machine pressure to 2kg and follow temperature ramp-up procedure
- Heat to 150°C and idle for 2 hours
- Increase to 170°C and idle for 2 hours
- Critical step: Heat to 190°C and idle for 3 hours
- Finalize at 200°C and idle for 2 hours
- Adjust operating pressure to 3-5kg based on production requirements
