Production Line Overview
This professional corrugated cardboard production line consists of comprehensive equipment including mill roll stands, pre-heaters, single facers, conveyor bridges, glue application machines, double facers, slitter scorers, cut-off systems, conveyors, stackers, steam heating systems, air compression systems, and glue making systems. The production line supports 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply corrugated paperboard configurations with speeds ranging from 150-250 m/min and paper widths from 1400-2200 mm, offering A/C/B/E four flute options with UV-shaped flute profiles.
