- 1. Bulk degree of pulp layer forming in stage one cylinder is high and fine impurities has stronger penetrability. So the fine impurities is easy to be removed.
- 2. Special structure of stage two cylinder can form water leg vacuum, which is beneficial to thickening of pulp, thereby, discharge consistency is high.
- 3. Middle tank can perform the second-time dilution of pulp, beneficial to washing and thickening of pulp, with high washingefficiency.
