Introduction of No Cursh Wheel:
No Crush Wheel as meaning the roller or wheel won't crush or damage whatever is passing over or under it on a conveyor line.
And it's the geometry of the vanes - the urethane that separates the spaces flex and move product along without damaging product and Provide cushioning and shock absorption to product.
Our No cursh wheels are especially used for cardboard industry, such as
stacker machine, NC cut off machine, slitter machine.
Advantage of No Cursh Wheel:
1. High strength. Under the hardness of rubber and plastic, their tensile strength and bearing capacity are much higher than those of general rubber. Under high hardness, the impact strength and bending strength are much higher than those of plastics.
2. Wear resistant. Its wear resistance is very outstanding, generally in the range of 0.01-0.10 (cm3) / 1.61km, about 3-5 times of rubber.
3. Oil resistant. Polyurethane elastomer is a kind of strong polar polymer compound, which has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil and is hardly eroded in fuel oil and machine oil.
