This 8mm thick cotton corrugator double facer belt is engineered for corrugated cardboard production across all major corrugator brands. Suitable for both top and bottom belt applications, it features exceptional heat resistance with edge temperatures up to 350℃.

Monthly Maintenance Procedure
- Run machine at slow speed during cleaning
- Moisten belt thoroughly with water or low-pressure steam spray
- Apply detergent and clean dirt/paste residue with soft brush
- Rinse belt completely with clean water
- Use U-shaped iron plate or shallow groove to direct water flow away from machine
- Use steam to dry belt at slow speed when necessary
