ZSW Variable Speed Line Mining Vibrating Feeder Mini
The ZSW series linear feeder drives the double eccentric shaft vibration exciter through a motor via V-belt. The two eccentric shafts in the vibration exciter rotate in opposite directions, synchronized by meshing gears at both ends. When assembled, the eccentricity forms a specific angle, generating centrifugal force that produces reciprocating linear projection vibration, enabling continuous material movement. The front end features pre-screening screen bars to remove soil impurities or pre-screen materials.
