The High Precision Rotary Screen Drum Filter V Wire Wound Filter Screen is welded by a V-shaped wire and a support strip. The V-shaped wire features an inverted triangle isosceles triangle shape, while the support bar may be a V-shaped wire, square wire, or round wire.

The V-shaped wire is wound and welded on the outside of the pipe, forming continuous gaps between each wire. The gap size is customizable to customer requirements, providing increased filtering area for optimal filtration performance.

The screen basket cylinder is constructed with rods and wrapped wires, where rods can be V-shaped or wedged profile, and wrapped wire is V-shaped, creating smaller inside gaps than outside for effective inside filtration and outside back flushing.
