Product Description
2507 Johnson type 89mm Continuous slot screen are welded by profile V-wire and support wires, also called Johnson screen. The features include high ratio filter area due to big opening, vee wire structure that facilitates automatic backwashing and prevents pipe blocking.
The pressure reduces when water flows in for greater filter area, preventing sand grains from entering the wedge wire tube under high pressure conditions, thus extending pipe life. Between the same length, diameter and slot size, wedge wire pipe offers three times the capacity of bridge filter pipes.
Material: Low carbon steel wire, AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI 316, AISI316L, high quality stainless steel wire.
Application: With high-precision, our wedge wire as filter elements are used in water treatment industry, oil filtration, paper making, refine sugar. We have inside perforated metal and reverse wedge wire tube outside filter.
