All-welded wire-wound screens can be widely used in oil, gas, and water wells for sand prevention, and are particularly important in chemical, environmental protection and other industries. It is one of the most widely used filter screens used in various oil and water recycling and resin collection links.
The Johnson T-shaped wire-wound screen in our factory adopts the current leading full-wound welding production process, and is welded on a set of longitudinal support rods arranged in a circular arrangement with a special trapezoidal (wedge-shaped) wire winding.
Due to the use of full-process welding, not only the strict continuous integrity of the product is ensured, but also the ideal gap size is formed. Compared with the currently widely used welding process in China, the water filter pipes, water caps, water distributors, resin traps and sieve plates we produce have smooth pipe surfaces, no production edges, no burrs, and uniform gaps that do not leak grease.

- The application of trapezoidal (wedge-shaped) wire on the filter element creates a V-shaped opening between the screen gaps. Due to the inherent advantages of this device, it can operate more efficiently than other forms of filtration products. It not only ensures the smoothness of water filtration, but also the flow rate of the wedge-shaped filter pipe is 3 times that of the bridge-type filter pipe in terms of work efficiency. It is 9 times that of slotted water filter!
- The structural advantages of the wire-wound tube. The arrangement of longitudinal support rods designed according to actual needs and the continuous gap form of the screen make the product have higher compressive performance. The T-shaped winding wire and all the longitudinal support rods are connected and combined by electric welding, which is strong and durable, has a longer working life cycle and low overall cost.
- The filter tube produced by our factory has a large gap. Customers can choose the size of the screen gap between 0.02mm-60mm to meet different application conditions.
