Hydraulic Visual Belling Bucket

HVB (Hydraulic Visual Belling) is a newly developed construction method that can track and monitor belling process of borehole. After the drilling of pile shaft is completed, special HVB bucket is used to make horizontal cutting of the bottom section. Key parameters such as the depth of pile bottom, size & shape of bottom section are all transferred to tracking & monitoring system by sensors on the belling bucket, which is connected to the computer screen in the operator cabin, making the whole belling process visible and controllable.

Features:

• We provide 3 types of belling buckets, HVB/BR, HVB/BS and HVB/BC respectively.
• HVB is a new construction method with self-developed independent IPR.
• The whole belling process control is made possible with unique tracking & monitoring system.
