30TPD End-Fired Natural Gas Glass Furnace for Container Glass Production 30-500 TPD Capacity
The 30TPD End-Fired Furnace is an industrial thermal processing unit designed for glass melting applications. Also known as End-Port or Horseshoe-Fired Furnace, this system features combustion burners positioned at one or both ends of the furnace chamber, creating a U-shaped flame path that efficiently transfers heat along the furnace length.
This furnace design is particularly suitable for producing hollow glass products including bottles, jars, vessels, chemical instruments, bubble shells, glass tubes, and pressing products. With a typical melting capacity range of 30-500 tons per day (extendable to 700 TPD in certain configurations), it offers reliable performance for various glass manufacturing requirements.
The primary area where batch materials are melted, cleaned, and homogenized. The upper flame space and lower melting tank work together to ensure optimal glass quality.
Entry point for raw materials where ingredients enter the furnace and heat transfer occurs from the flame space into the glass liquid.
Channels that direct preheated air and gas from regenerators into pre-chambers for mixing, while simultaneously channeling flue gases from the flame space back to regenerators.
Mixing zone where air and gas combine through vortex motion and molecular diffusion before entering the furnace chamber.
