Automatic Calender System
The calender forms the core of our pattern glass production line, consisting of two main rollers with secondary rollers positioned above and below. This precision equipment works in conjunction with the transition roller table to create the complete pattern forming system.
Molten glass flows from the furnace through the lip brick into the space between the upper and lower rollers. The hydraulic stretching action transforms the melted glass into flat sheets with consistent thickness and precisely embossed surface patterns. The formed glass strip is then transported into the annealing furnace for thermal treatment.
