30 TPD Energy Saving End Fired Soda-Lime Glass Furnace
This industrial end-fired furnace features a 30-500 t/d melting capacity with energy-efficient combustion technology for raw material melting in glass production. The furnace utilizes a U-shaped flame path with combustion burners positioned at one or both ends of the chamber.
Furnace Overview
End-fired furnaces (also known as end-port or horseshoe-fired furnaces) provide thermal processing with longitudinally arranged combustion ports. The design features small flame coverage area with periodic temperature fluctuation and hot spot movement due to flame reversing.
Ideal for producing hollow products including bottles, jars, vessels, chemical instruments, bubble shells, glass tubes, pressing products, and glass balls without special quality requirements.
