Manufacturing Process
The calender system consists of two main rollers with secondary rollers positioned above and below, forming the core equipment in pattern glass production lines. Molten glass flows from the furnace through lip bricks into the space between upper and lower rollers, where hydraulic stretching creates flat glass with precise thickness and embossed patterns.
