Batch materials undergo physicochemical solid phase reactions during heating, releasing gaseous products and forming opacity sinter composed of silicate and SiO2.
Sinter melts into flint glass liquid containing silicate, SiO2, and numerous bubbles, with varying chemical components and characteristics.
Continuous heating reduces viscosity, releasing gaseous impurities and eliminating visible bubbles from the liquid pool.
Extended high-temperature exposure eliminates ripples through diffusion, achieving uniform composition at temperatures lower than clearing stage.
